Returns & Refunds policy

At InvictaPeps, we strive to provide fast, accurate, and reliable service with every order. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Eligibility (Before Shipment)

Refund requests may be submitted only if the order has not yet shipped.

  • If a shipping label has already been created, shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Orders containing pre-order items are non-refundable for that portion

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment

After Shipment – Final Sale

Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer cancellations or refunds for orders that are in transit

  • Carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows a package has been marked “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the carrier and recipient.

  • InvictaPeps is not responsible for packages marked as delivered

  • If you believe your package is missing, you must first contact your local post office or carrier

  • To request further assistance or a possible reshipment, proof of carrier contact is required

  • Without confirmation from the carrier, reshipments cannot be issued

Order Issues & Exceptions

We are happy to assist in the following situations:

1. Package Not Received
If tracking confirms your package was not delivered, we will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are not available for:

  • Orders that have already shipped

  • Shipping labels that have been created

  • Pre-order items

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Carrier delays or mishandling after acceptance
