By placing an order with InvictaPeps, you certify and confirm that:

Providing false or misleading information may result in order cancellation or refusal of service.

Assumption of Responsibility

• InvictaPeps is not liable for injury, harm, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow these terms

• Once an order leaves our facility, full responsibility transfers to the purchaser

Right to Refuse Service

InvictaPeps reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Suspected illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized use

• Violation of our policies

• False or misleading information

• Any activity that may expose InvictaPeps to legal or regulatory risk
